Banana Bread

This banana bread recipe calls for sour cream which keeps the bread fluffy and moist.

I added an additional crumbly sugar topping to make it sweeter.

This was voted #1 on  allrecipes.com for photo of the day in Feb 2011.

The recipe actually called for a filet mignon, but I used ribeye steaks instead.

Low-Fat Turkey Chili

This photo was also voted in the top four on allrecipes.com in Jan 2011.

The chili was very easy to make and was served with Buttermilk Cornbread on the side!
